Neck or back pain that keeps coming back. Bloating and stomach trouble when the tests are normal. Sleep that has been broken for years.

Chinese medicine or internal medicine?

You do not have to choose before you call. It is the same doctor either way.

If the problem is new, or nobody has checked it yet, start with internal medicine. If it has been checked and you were told “nothing is wrong,” Chinese medicine gives you more options.

One doctor for both

Dr. Pan knows your medicines, your test results and your herbs. So herbs are checked against your medicines before they are prescribed. And if the herbs are not helping, the same doctor can try a medicine instead.

How treatment is planned

Every plan has a check-in point, usually after about two months. If treatment is not helping by then, Dr. Pan will say so and change the plan.

Herbs are prepared by a licensed herbal dispensary and mailed to your home. Nothing is sold in the office.

What Chinese medicine cannot do

It does not treat infections, broken bones, or anything that needs surgery. It does not treat cancer. If you are having cancer treatment, ask your cancer doctor before taking any herbs.

It does not work for everyone. The check-in point is there so you find out in two months, not two years.
