What this site does not do

• No advertising or social media pixels. Nothing here reports your visit to Meta, Google Ads or anyone else.
• No cookies are set by this site.
• No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third-party servers, so no other company learns you were here.

The registration form

Before the clinic opens, the “Join the list” form on the Contact page asks for your name, phone number, email if you wish, what you would like to be seen for, and your language.

What you send goes to the clinic’s email and to a sheet in the clinic’s Google Workspace, both covered by the clinic’s HIPAA business associate agreement with Google. It is used only to contact you, and is not shared or sold.

What is measured

Aggregate page views, so the clinic knows which pages are useful. The measurement is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.

The host records standard server logs — the page requested and an approximate location — as any web server does.

Email

The clinic’s email, [email protected], runs on Google Workspace under a HIPAA business associate agreement with Google. Anything you send is kept confidential.

Your medical record

This page covers the website. The clinical record is governed by HIPAA and by the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document given to you at your first visit and available on request.

Links out

Where this site links to a scheduling system, a dispensary, a licensing board or a map, those services have their own privacy terms. This site does not share anything with them about you; following the link is your own visit to them.

Call the clinic. Anything about your medical record is answered by the physician, not by a form.
